Testimony to DC Council to advocate for partnership models to support outdoor education models to as part of COVID recovery at DC public elementary schools in COVID recovery budgets - and to establish a system for recurring funding in the city budget to support food, garden and environmental education programs.

While we cannot gather in groups to cook and eat in our FoodPrints teaching kitchens right now, we have kept food education central to our programming by pivoting to virtual cooking sessions paired with access to fresh food from FRESHFARM farmers.
