Ingredients:
2 bunches radishes (about 1 lb.)
1 loaf sliced bread
4-5 tbsp. butter
Salt
Optional garnishes: Chives, parsley, micro-greens
Equipment:
Cutting board
Kitchen knife
Food processor with slicing attachment (optional)
Directions:
- Wash the radishes and slice off the tops and bottoms.
- Ask for an adult’s help to either use a sharp kitchen knife OR a food processor with the slicing attachment to thinly slice each radish.
- Generously spread butter on slices of bread.
- Cover the top of the bread with thinly sliced radishes and sprinkle with salt.
Add any optional garnishes on top.
