Ingredients:
½ lb. fresh OR frozen fruits (peaches, nectarines, blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, plums)
16 oz. plain Greek yogurt
1-2 tbsp. honey OR maple syrup
½ – 1 cup Homemade Granola
Equipment:
Measuring cups and spoons
Kitchen knife
Cutting board
Bowls OR jars
Directions:
- Gather all ingredients and wash fruit.
- Trim, remove large pits, and dice any large fruits.
- Mix yogurt and honey to reach desired sweetness.
- In bowls or jars, add some of the fruit and then add a layer of yogurt on top. Repeat with the rest of the fruit and yogurt, then sprinkle the granola on top.
