The Preppy Pretzel

The Preppy Pretzel was founded by Daniela Stephanz Anderson, an Austrian/Italian American who learned to make traditional Laugenbrezels (Bavarian-style soft pretzels) using a generations-old recipe. Using all-natural ingredients and no added sugar, the pretzels are made with a custom blend of locally milled, unbleached, non-GMO flours, diastatic malt, locally sourced butter, salt, and yeast. All pretzels are baked fresh daily, hand-rolled and hand-dipped in small batches. Almost every ingredient is locally sourced: meats, cheeses, produce, locally milled grains, dairy, honey, herbs and more. Custom ordering with delivery and shipping is available.
