La Mati Mexican Food Truck

Delia Davila is the owner of La Mati. Delia knew she wanted to start her own business, and after discussing this new idea with her mom and her partner, she decided to buy a food truck. She knew she had a great support system who could help her manage it. Her mom inspired her with the name “La Mati” as it’s what Delia called her mom when she was a child. Together, they spent a month thinking of menu items that would be true to their country and also popular.

Their current menu consists of tacos with a choice of meat, quesadillas with choice of meat, Birria tacos with a side of broth, taco dorados, and tortas.
